Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, your unforgettable journey begins. A representative from Wildebeestwander will greet you and escort you to your accommodation for the evening, the charming Arusha Coffee Lodge. Nestled on the rolling hills at the base of Mount Meru and set within one of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantations, this lodge offers a tranquil retreat.

The Arusha Coffee Lodge features 30 plantation-style houses, each designed to reflect the elegance of a 1900s manor. Your suite, complete with an ensuite bathroom, is thoughtfully decorated with coffee-inspired elements in both style and color, ensuring a cozy and luxurious stay. Take this time to relax and recover from your travels. Enjoy your overnight stay at the Arusha Coffee Lodge, where comfort and serenity await.

Your Tanzania adventure continues with a morning tour of the Burka Coffee Estate, where you’ll learn about the intricacies of coffee production. After a delightful lunch at the Coffee Lodge, you’ll be transferred to Arusha Airport for your flight to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, the team from Tarangire Treetops Lodge will welcome you and guide you through a brief game drive in the Treetops Private Reserve as you head to the lodge.

At Tarangire Treetops Lodge, you’ll stay in a luxurious treehouse room on stilts, complete with a spacious bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding savannah. The lodge provides a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the serene environment.

Your second day at Tarangire is dedicated to exploring the national park through morning and evening game drives, where you’ll have the chance to spot the “Big Five” and other incredible wildlife. In the evening, return to the lodge to relax and savor the beauty of the African landscape.

Your day starts with a morning game drive after breakfast, followed by a transfer to the airfield for a flight to Manyara. Upon arrival, a private guide will greet you and lead a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, once described by Ernest Hemingway as “the most delightful lake in all of Africa.” This park, with its Alkali Lake, floodplains, and acacia forests, is home to a variety of wildlife, including hippos, impalas, elephants, wildebeests, buffaloes, warthogs, and giraffes.

Afterward, you’ll be transferred to The Manor in the Karatu area for the next two nights. This luxurious retreat features ten elegant cottages and a manor house that blends African-European flair with colonial-era charm, offering a unique and comfortable stay.

The next day, you’ll enjoy a full-day tour of the Ngorongoro Crater, known as “Africa’s Garden of Eden.” Located within the Olduvai Crater, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area covers about 8,300 square kilometers of stunning highland plains. After a day of exploring this remarkable area, you’ll return to The Manor for a relaxing overnight stay.

After a hearty breakfast, you will be transferred to the Manyara airfield followed by a flight to the Serengeti. There you will be welcomed by the Serengeti Migration Camp team and on the way to your accommodation, you will experience your first small game drive. Overnight at Elewana Serengeti Migration Camp.

The last day of your trip begins with a final flight over the Serengeti. On the way to Arusha you can look at the fascinating natural spectacles and magnificent animals of the Tanzanian bush one last time and capture them with your camera and in your memory forever. Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be driven to the Arusha Coffe Lodge, where you can move into a day room and enjoy the hours until your flight in peace. A delicious lunch will be served in the restaurant. Just in time for your flight home or onward flight, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport.
